Everyone loves Nutella, especially my sister CM. She would eat nutella by the spoonfuls.. so I thought why don’t I make a homemade healthier version for her with real good quality ingredients. When mama came visiting recently, I made these oat biscuits for her. I was happy to have found a gluten free recipe here. The biscuits were crumbly and a tad too bland for me (with just ¼ teaspoon sea salt). With all the unnecessary worry and stress the past weeks, I took some time off to be with the nature – frolicking in the river, lazing around doing nothing and finally managed to finish a book after many years! After a relaxing weekend, this girl still need her snacking habit fixed and came up with an inspiration of Homemade Peanut Butter Cups.
